How it works
Four steps, no surprises
01
Consultation
A full examination, X-rays where needed, and a clear explanation of what is happening and why.
02
A written plan
Options, sequence and cost, explained before anything begins. You decide with the facts in front of you.
03
Treatment
Carried out by the right person for that procedure, at the clinic in Raidurg.
04
Follow-up
Reviews to confirm the result is holding, and preventive care so it stays that way.
Surgical care
When dentistry needs a surgeon
Difficult extractions, jaw pain and facial injuries are assessed by a specialist who operates on them, rather than referred away at the first difficulty.
Dr. Bhargav Kuchu is an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon whose practice is built around complex surgical care, precision and multidisciplinary collaboration. His clinical interests include facial trauma, TMJ disorders and surgery, orthognathic surgery, dental implant surgery, oral pathology and cancer surgery, facial aesthetics, and complex reconstructive procedures.
He completed his MDS in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at SVS Institute of Dental Sciences and has subsequently sought training beyond conventional postgraduate practice, deliberately learning from centres and surgeons known for managing complex surgical problems.
The clinic is led by an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon. Complex extractions, difficult anatomy and jaw problems are assessed by someone who operates on them, not referred out at the first difficulty.
What you need, and what can wait
Treatment is planned around what the tooth actually requires. That includes telling you when something can wait, or does not need doing at all.
Questions
Before you book
If your question is not here, call or WhatsApp and we will answer it plainly.
KS Square, first floor, on Old Mumbai Highway in Rai Durg, Hyderabad 500104. It is close to Gachibowli, Manikonda, Khajaguda and Film Nagar.
Do I need an appointment?
An appointment is best, so you are seen at a fixed time rather than waiting. Call or WhatsApp and we will find a slot that suits you.
Who will actually treat me?
The clinic is led by Dr. Bhargav Kuchu, BDS, MDS, an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon. For procedures that call for a different specialisation, a visiting specialist in that field treats you at the clinic.
Is surgery done at the clinic?
Wisdom tooth removal, implant placement, extractions, biopsies and other minor oral surgery are done at the clinic under local anaesthetic, and you go home the same day. Surgery that needs an operating theatre, such as fixing a broken jaw or corrective jaw surgery, is done in hospital, where Dr Kuchu works as a visiting consultant maxillofacial surgeon, and you are told which hospital before you are admitted.
How much will treatment cost?
It depends on what you need, which is why we examine first and quote after. You will have the cost in writing before anything starts, and there is no obligation to proceed.
Do you treat children?
Yes. Dr. Sonika Reddy, a specialist paediatric dentist, attends the clinic for children. We see children from as young as a few months old, where newborn teeth sometimes need removing, though most of our young patients are between six months and sixteen years.
What are your timings?
Monday to Saturday, 10:00 am to 8:30 pm. Sunday, 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
